This homemade latte is an easy and delicious alternative to your coffeehouse version.
Brew espresso or very strong coffee.
Combine ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, molasses and maple syrup with coffee and stir or whisk well to combine.
Heat milk on stove top or microwave. Use any homemade method to froth milk.
Add frothed milk to gingerbread coffee.
Optional: Top with Spiced Whipped Cream.
Chill Mixing Bowl in Freezer for 10 minutes.
Beat Cream, Sugar and Vanilla until peaks form.
Add Cinnamon and Sugar and beat 30 more seconds.
