Cream Cheese Frosting
This is a great base for a wonderful cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature

8-ounce stick of butter, room temperature

teaspoons
vanilla extract
4 -5
cups
confectioners' sugar
sifted
2-4
tablespoons
milk
to make frosting spreadable.
Instructions
Combine the butter, the cream cheese and the vanilla in a medium-sized bowl, and beat them together until they are light and fluffy.
Add the sugar gradually, beating well.
Add the milk a little at a time, until the frosting is a spreadable consistency.
