Synopsis for Flawless by Elise Silver
The rules were simple. Keep my hands off his daughter and stay out of trouble.
But now I’m stuck with her. There’s only one bed. And well, rules are made to be broken.
I’m the face of professional bull riding—the golden boy. Or at least I was, until it all blew up in my face. Now my agent says I have to clean up my image, so I’m stuck with his ball-busting daughter for the rest of the season as my “full-time supervision.”
But I don’t need a goddamn babysitter, especially one with skin-tight jeans, a sexy smirk, and a mouth she can’t stop running.
A mouth I can’t stop thinking about.
Because Summer isn’t just another conquest. She sees the man behind the mask, and she doesn’t run—she pulls me closer, even when she shouldn’t.
She says this means nothing. I say this means everything.
She says there are boundaries we shouldn’t cross. That my reputation can’t take any more hits—and neither can her damaged heart.
I say I’m going to steal it anyway.
Book Review: Flawless by Elise Silver
For weeks, I’ve seen Elsie Silver’s Chestnut Spring series all over TikTok and Instagram. As soon as I read the synopsis, a professional bull rider needing to reform his image in forced proximity with his agent’s daughter, I one-clicked. You can read this book on Kindle Unlimited.
I couldn’t put it down. Rhett is stubborn and difficult in all the right ways. Summer is determined and sharp, and I immediately fell in love with her spirit. The sparks fly from the get-go and the banter, eating and chemistry between these two jumps off the page.
I can’t even remember the last time I read a book that was over 400 pages, but Flawless by Elsie Silver is about 420 pages long. I’ll say this – I sped through this book on my Kindle and didn’t even realize the length of the book because I was so intrigued and involved in the story.
Let’s connect with books! I have all of my reviews on Goodreads!
The Verdict
I am Really Into This book!
Something about Elsie’s writing just grabs you. These characters and places feel so real, and tangible. You enter their world and you don’t want to leave. I can’t wait to read the rest of Elsie’s books. I’m so into her writing that I finished Flawless and less than two weeks later the audiobook came out, featuring one of my favorite narrators Sebastian York and I immediately bought it and started listening. The audiobook is amazing – highly recommend this writer and this series.
