    Greek Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki

These Greek Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki are a new favorite! Since my middle schooler is studying Greek history, we’ve been on a deep dive of Greek cuisine. Truth be told, I am not a fan of cucumbers, unless they are pickled. But, this tzatziki sauce features grated cucumbers with the tang of a lemon, greek yogurt and spices and it is so damn delicious! We always double the sauce because it’s good with chips, salad or meatballs. I can’t get enough. If you’re looking for a great Greek Salad recipe, check out Jessica’s Greek Mason Jar Salad. Greek Meatballs with Red Sauce

I’m a long time fan of a quick and easy dinner, and this Greek Meatballs with Red Sauce recipe is from your counter to belly is under 45 minutes. Does it get better than that? My house is filled with fans of meatballs! It’s a great way to have the kids get their hands dirty and help blend all the ingredients together. While I’m all for hand rolled meatballs, most of the time I use a scoop to ensure they’re the same size so they cook evenly. We are thrilled to be part of The Book Club Cookbook’s Blog Party for The Show Girl by Nicola Harrison! Every time we read a book, we are always geared into what food or drink the characters are enjoying! One dessert that stood out in The Show Girl by Nicola Harrison is a Peach Melba. Now, I’ve never heard of a Peach Melba, but my mother says she used to eat them all the time! Well, we did a little digging into the history of a Peach Melba. According to Wikipedia, Peach Melba was created by the French chef Auguste Escoffier at the Savoy Hotel, London, to honor the Australian soprano,…

    Strawberry Cream Cheese Braided Bread

I am over the moon to say this Strawberry Cream Cheese Braided Bread is a winner! The best part is you can make it with fresh strawberries or with jam. You choose! It’s no secret to anyone that I love strawberries. It’s also no secret that I love baking. But baking with strawberries? That’s another deal! Baking with strawberries is a challenge for me.
