An Alaskan Christmas by Jennifer Snow
Don’t be fooled by this super sweet holiday cover. An Alaskan Christmas by Jennifer Snow is a steamy, whirlwind romance with deeper meaning. This book has all my favorite things. Christmas, second chance love, a bit of thrilling tension & a HEA ending. It’s a must-read for any and all romance lovers.
Search & Rescue
Erika returns home after she is forced on vacation. Far from the craziness of the ER room, Erika begins to think maybe there really is more to life. She has a history with Reid that ties in with his current profession. Erika even joins them on a search & rescue mission. After all, she is a skillful surgeon.
What she doesn’t expect is to fall hard for Reid. Same goes for him. I love that Jennifer Snow gives us insight into what they’re not thinking. Each character is dealing with some heavy trauma. For me, this makes the story more believable. Even better, it makes their love story more interesting.
THE VERDICT
I am Really Into This book! An Alaskan Christmas has the perfect amount of steam. Much like my fave The Christmas Sister by Sarah Morgan, it features wilderness, snow, Christmas & love. Undoubtedly, will re-read this book once a year. I love it that much!
