Stay Sexy and Don’t Get Murdered

Please don’t take away my true crime card, but I am not a fan of the MFM Podcast.

That being said, I was super curious about Stay Sexy and Don’t Get Murdered. Karen & Georgia really connect with true crime & I wanted to learn more about that! I can say that on all points, this book delivered.

First, I love that Karen & Georgia narrate the audiobook. Even better than that, they read several passages at live shows. This really adds something to it. If you’re a fan of the podcast, I think this would be even more meaningful. There are pieces that had me on the verge of tears.

One thing I can really appreciate about these ladies is their continued vulnerability. This is evident throughout the audio & I respect that immensely.

THE VERDICT

Overall, Stay Sexy and Don’t Get Murdered is a deeper dive into the podcast so many people love. While it’s not my thing, I’m thrilled so many people connect to it & I hope it will continue to foster the stories of victims & their families & be a beacon of the true-crime community.
