Get a Life Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert Audibook Review
Thank you Libro.fm for my gifted review copy of Get a Life Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert

Can every book I listen to be as enjoyable as this one?

I went in blind, knowing this would likely be a contemporary romance & that’s it. What I got is an enjoyable, charming, hilarious & heartfelt romance. I loved it so much!

Let’s talk about the narration. I know everyone isn’t a fan. On the other hand, I LOVED IT! Someone likened the narrator to a British Aunt. That’s a great descriptor & it worked for me. When the narrator reads the e-mails between Chloe & Red, I SWOONED. When she read the inner dialogue of Chloe on the motorbike I LAUGHED OUT LOUD. I took forever to listen to this one because I enjoyed it that much. Every time I got into my car, it was a treat to see what Chloe & Red were up to.

I would be remiss if I didn’t note that Chloe is diagnosed with a chronic illness. She is also a woman of larger stature & a woman of color. This representation is important & valuable.
